Upcoming Family Flu Clinics on January 19 and January 24

Inova has upcoming family flu clinics at Inova Fair Oaks Medical Campus this Saturday, January 19, from 1 – 4pm  and at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus on Saturday, January 26, from 9 am – noon. Visit Inova.org/flu to find location details and more information – (January 14, 2013).

WUSA9 stopped by a flu clinic at Inova Fairfax Hospital to show how the flu shot is “a shot of protection” during flu season.

WUSA9 also sat down to speak with Sujata Ambardar, MD, Chief of Infectious Diseases at Inova Fairfax Hospital on why this flu season is so active and what we should do to stay healthy.
